Rollin Hotchkiss, professor of civil and environmental engineering at Brigham Young University, has been elected to the fellow grade of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Thanks in part to the tireless efforts of two Brigham Young University professors, the information technology discipline now has its first ever standardized curriculum.
